BBC Transcription Services

BBC Transcription Services (before BBC Radio International) discs were only made available to overseas radio stations for broadcast purposes and were not made available for sale to the general public. However, in the early 90s many international BBC libraries sold their stocks to the public.

The original BBC Transcription Services labels were green and white. Secondary labels (BBC Transcription Services (2) are conspicuous by their black and white labels. Please use BBC Transcription Services (2) for bootlegs and counterfeits.
