Eve Records and all of its sublabels were among the finest trance labels back then along with Bonzai mainly because none of their releases sounded the same and included a wide variety of style from uplifting to tech-trance, hard trance and even acid. I have a few of their releases on vinyl but I'd be amazed to see their classics on digital some day. It seems as though all of those labels are no longer operative but who knows the Recover World group still continues to release stuff as we speak. Miracles happen as Bonzai for instance started to release all of their back catalogue digitally for about 3 years now...maybe the same will happen there. Finger crossed.

Edited 4 years agoAs the other two reviewers rightly point out, the first twenty or so releases are the very best on this label. After those seminal Pablo Gargano masterpieces, this label went soft, progressive, and more mainstream.
Also I know their tunes sounded very similar (which is to say, Pablo probably did most of the engineering), but David Craig is actually a real person, not a Gargano alias. -
Edited 13 years agoYep I agree, best stuff is the earlier stuff on this label.
Some favs. include Pablo Gargano - 'Blow Ya Mind' (eve 8) / 'defintion of a track' (eve 2) / 'everyones future' (eve 12) - 3 underground anthems all by Pablo G. - A gifted producer for sure!
