A/S Radio Industri

Profile:

Norwegian company and factory that also consisted of a full service vinyl manufacturing plant between 1953 and 1967.

Originally founded in 1939 as radio manufacturing factory. Since March 1953 it also was a record pressing plant for Norske A/S Philips, providing a complete production line, from tape recording to a finished record. Lacquer cuts can be identified by a "710" in the runouts.

Don't credit A/S Radio Industri for pressing, when there are 4-prong knock-out center.

1967: vinyl manufacturing was transferred to Musikkindustri A/S.
