In mid-2012, AMZ Mídia Industrial S.A., which will be managed shared by both companies.

In most releases, the AMZ Mídia location will use the same address as Videolar (Av. Solimões, 505), however, we can also find some releases that came out with the Microservice address (Av. Cupiúba, 260).

No new SID Codes were ed, AMZ Mídia simply "inherited" all the machinery and SID Codes that were originally licensed to Microservice and Videolar by Philips/IFPI since 1994.

The matrix format is based on the latest Microservice pattern (from 2003 to 2012), adding the AMZ and the acronym P.P.I.M. (Produzido no Polo Industrial de Manaus) as main identifiers + IFPI L363/L364 or IFPI L563/L564 mastering SID Code. If pressed in the same plant location, the IFPI 54** or IFPI 96** Mould SID Code will also be printed on the mould area of the disc.

In mid-2014, it will also be possible to see a stylized "R" in the disc matrix, which should be credited as [One-Red "R" logo]. For more details, see One-Red's profile here on Discogs.

NOTE: For the format that has an "R" logo in the matrix, the IFPI printout to identify the "Mastering SID Code" will be located below the acronym "P.P.I.M.", with the omission of the prefix "L". To avoid the inclusion of a non-existent/invalid SID Code, credit the "Mastering SID Code" with the addition of the prefix "L", in accordance with the plant license and the IFPI standard.

In mid-December/2014, AMZ Mídia ceased its media manufacturing activities.

In mid-October/2015, Rimo Entertainment transferred its factory located at "Rua Içá, 100" to AMZ Mídia location (Av. Solimões, 505), which was renamed to "Av. Guaruba, 585" in the same year.

In mid-December/2015, AMZ Mídia was incorporated by Videolar Innova S/A and canceled its Tax Number (CNPJ) 14.919.768/0001-78 in 2016-02-04.
