Kouyate Sory Kandia

Sory Kandia Kouyaté (1937-1977) born in Manta (Bodié), Dalaba, Guinea is a master griot, storyteller, musician, composer and singer, comes from the large family of griots descended from Balla Fasséké Kouyaté.

Not to be confused with the Guinean balafon player Kouyate Sory.
