Günter Pfanz

German sound, recording, mastering, lacquer cutting engineer. Owned and operated Torsten Pfanz, who continued the studio between 1992 and 2001.

Credits for the studio can be recognized by "PF" etched in the runouts. Since three engineers were cutting lacquers, only credit the studio (with Lacquer Cut At) in these cases. Pfanz can be credited separately (with Lacquer Cut By) when the name is etched in full. When the name is accompanied by "Direktschnitt", this means the recording was made using the "Sheffield" direct cut method.
