Canadian country music singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer and record company executive born February 27, 1937 in Toronto, Ontario. Also known as Ramblin' Ross Allen, he was the first artist to release a record on Jennie Music Publishing Company. In 1992 founded Hillcrest Music. Produced for many labels and also active in Nashville.
