This has been said many times, but this is one of the most mindblowing releases of electronic music history.

The beats of "Inspection Check One" are overpowered. It becomes even godlike around 4:30. Check out also the live version from the 2000 Homelands festival available on YouTube. It sounds ever more hard-hitting.
"Song of Life" (especially the second half), "Afro-Left" and "Space Shanty" are another banging pieces of music.
"Storm 3000" is an excellent combination between melancholic techno sounds, thunder noises and hot beats.
A spiritual conclusion is made possible thanks to "21st Century Poem", a masterpiece amongst the others.
    There's plenty of different atmospheres.
If you like Curve and/or trip-hop, "Original" is suited for you. If you wanna feel some Sex Pistols vibes on a furious techno pattern, "Open Up" might correspond to your expectations. If you're looking for an African tribal trip, "Afro-Left" is an ideal soundtrack.

Its nomination for the Mercury Prize was well deserved, as well as its inclusion to the "1001 Albums You Must Listen Before You Die" catalogue. The notoriety of "Leftism" eclipsed the success of its successor "Rhythm & Stealth" a bit, yet both are astonishing releases.
One of the not-so-many albums that you can fully listen from first to last.
